A.Form Architecture & Associates D.P.C. was established in 1996 in Andrew's studio apartment, and remained a one-man operation for its first couple of years. Though the A.Form team has grown over the ensuing decades, we are proud to remain an employee-owned company today.

“The Reservoir”

Andrew has been in the Architectural Entertainment Industry since 1990, starting with the inception of the Bryant Park Fashion Shows. He founded A.Form Architecture in 1996, and his 30 years of war stories in the young, developing industry are lessons to build on.

Shane lives for the next “never been asked that” question to send him down the rabbit hole of finding a new creative solution. As a Partner, he helps oversee day-to-day operations.

“The Rock”

Darrell made his 1st solo trip to NYC May 31, 2012 for his interview with A.Form. Andrew quickly realized (when Darrell kept showing up for work) that he found someone else who enjoys the fast-paced (sometimes crazy) world of event permitting. Over the past 14 years, Darrell has worked with virtually every client and venue in the A.Form universe to help realize their event.

Thomas is the resident “Tech Go To Guy,” while also handling project management duties with professionalism and a smile. His approach keeps A.Form grounded.

Michael quickly became the engine behind A.Form's day-to-day execution, after transitioning from the world of corporate management. As Director of Operations, he keeps the wheels turning while navigating the organized chaos of event permitting.

The Newbie of the group, Clyde is half of the A.Form administrative team. His prior work in Robotics, Security, and Data Analytics have each further honed his keen eye for detail. If the info is missing, he is the most likely to ask whooo is your General Contractor?
